Blackout Pact

The Blackout Pact are the classic example of a modern punk band. Rising from obscurity with their 2005 album, Hello Sailor, TBOP came from playing little bars and clubs to joining many gigantic tours, including the all coveted Warped Tour. TBOP consists of Justin Hackl (guitarist), Mike Delmonico (guitarist), Mike Herrera(vocalist), Billy Joe "BJ" Bailey (bassist) and Wisam Alshaibi(drummer). While they still border on the line between known and underground, The Blackout Pact's energetic punk riffs and scathing vocals have landed them a small cult following.

Unfortunately, this band broke up on November 6th, 2006 as a result of an incident occurring during thier tour with Scary Kids Scaring Kids along with other bands including Aiden, Silverstein, and It Dies Today.
