Better Life are an Egyptian Christian band. In 1978, a group of young people from Cairo, Egypt joined together to start a band that revolutionized Christian music in the Middle East, using original music and lyrics, acoustics, percussions, vocalists and soloists. Now the group has blossomed into a much bigger entity including three bodies: * The original Better Life * The Better Life Juniors which targets youth * The Better Life Kids with music and performances specifically targeted at children Over the last 30 years, the Better Life has released numerous albums and original Christian songs and traveled all over the Arab world, North America, Europe and Australia holding thousands of concerts. Now the Better Life ministry includes regular television programming for Christian satellite stations proclaiming the message of hope and abundant living to viewers of all classes, nationalities and religious backgrounds. The group of young people who started singing in 1978 realizes that they have gone beyond their most daring dreams. Today the group has over 100 volunteers working, singing, producing music, programs, and holding concerts all over the world. The message that gave birth to the ministry continues to sustain it.

In the Arab world, people are content with the average, the “doing okay”, and “barely surviving” approach to living. Mediocrity is everywhere you look. Yet, Jesus did not come to give us an “okay life”, rather he came to give us life, and to give it to us more abundantly. The Better Life offers a message of love, renewal, and hope: No matter who or what you are, Jesus Christ can make your life better.
