Bert en de Boze Bevers (translated to English: Bert and the Angry Beavers) is an alternative rock band from Herkenbosch and Melick (The Netherlands). The band was formed on August 26 2007. Bert en de Boze Bevers (translated to English: Bert and the Angry Beavers) is an alternative rock band from Herkenbosch and Melick (The Netherlands). The band was formed on August 26 2007. In this formation they recorded their first demo.

Only two months after their formation. The demo is named Woodstok! consisting out of five tracks: Mean Kid Stereotype Make me Numb Suicide Love Note Bleib ab! The band continued to write songs their first album. During the first recording sessions in June 2008 they have recorded two new songs ("Hate Machine" and "School") and rerecorded their demo songs including a new version of Suicidal Love Note involving the whole band. The release date of the album named "From a Notebook".

is not yet know, but it probably will be somewhere in 2010. Due to Wiek leaving the band in late 2008 for studies abroad the recording of the album was put on hold. Kevin took over the bass guitar for live performances with Sebastiaan joining the band to play the guitar pieces. Sebastiaan had played some guest performances on trumpet with the beavers before joining. In early 2010 "the Beavers" have recorded a new song called "Sticky Fingers" so it can be added to the album, on which work is still in progress.

Wiek has also returned to play in the band and the band continues with 5 members.
