Benjamin Russell is a trans-genre singer-songwriter, painter, graphic artist, videographer, writer, originally from Saskatoon, a small city in Saskatchewan, a prairie province in western Canada, now living in Montreal, Quebec. In the 80's, he had a hit with his song, "Miracle (Love Is The Miracle)" on CFNY and was nominated, "Most Promising Male Vocalist" in the nationally televised CASBY awards in Canada.

In 2010, he launched his most recent CD, ROCKHILL and has made several music videos for the songs from that album.
Influenced by everything, Russell's muse leads him from folk to punk, rock to electo-pop, with classical and jazz stops along the way.
