We don’t like those long winded “look at us and what we’ve done” Bios, to be honest we get bored reading anything over two paragraphs. So here is our Bio: 4 guys from Portsmouth making music they’d pay to hear. Drums, Guitar, Bass and vocals, Listen and Love. Or don’t listen and love, we don’t give a sxxt! We’ll carry on playing anyway!
Rock Sound review Remember Who Put You There.
8/10 on slae now. Big Cheese review Remember Who Put You There. 5/5 on sale now. “Hailing from portsmouth and London, this exciting four piece may be from the south but they sound more like they’re from the south of the US of A than the UK. This new 4-track EP opens with the brilliantly titled dirty and dusty intro of “Sexual Chocolate”, these charge into “Six Weeks” and Breaking Dawn” with stoner metal riff monsters and Tim Brock’s whiskey-swigging, almost growled vocals. But the closing title track anti war anthem (on this months covermount cd) is the highlight here.
Fans of Clutch, Crowbar and Down should rejoice as this groove metal beast is hairy and hungry. The best UK metal band I’ve heard in a while, its time to get belligerent.” first review of “Remember Who Put You There” http://www.rockingmusic.co.uk/content/node/404 second review - http://www.ragnarokradio.co.uk/2010/05/belligerence-remember-who-put-you-there.html “ Portsmouth’s Belligerence look to the likes of Crowbar, Sabbath, Clutch and Down, building monolithic grooves that sound like User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License and may also be available under the GNU FDL..
