Beat Industrie (formerly Beat Industry) is a dance music parody band formed in Quebec City, Quebec in 1993 by Jean-Thomas Landry and Patrick Donovan. After two initial English-language releases in 1993 (Beaten by the Beat) and 1994 (Beat Industry's Revenge), they took a ten year hiatus. Their French-language comeback album Rockbot vs. Robeat was released in 2005. They have only performed live twice yet have maintained a small cult following of several dozen fans in the Quebec City region.
