Ballad Bombs have released a new song (demo version), called "Black Rose (For Valentine's Day)" and they are working on their forthcoming album "The Beautiful And Damned" (to be released in 2011/12). Ballad Bombs are a shoegaze/ post punk/ electronic/ post industrial indie band based in Germany. The band will frelease a video for "All I Need" winter in 2011 to be followed by a brand new single and the new album "The Beautiful And Damned" in 2012.

The new Ballad Bombs sound on "The Beautiful and Damned" is predicted to be less will bring in modern post-rock, shoegaze, electronic/ indie-tronic influences only to frankly mash-up this with crazed 70s glam rock guitars and stuff (Bowie, T Rex, early Queen, Steve Harley & Cockney Rebel, Eno,...) While on their first album "And Then We Danced", re-released in 2007, Ballad Bombs were inspired by New Wave and such bands as The Cure, Depeche Mode, The Sound, Joy Division, Wall Of Voodoo, but one can say they certainly had influences coming from A Flock Of Seagulls, Camouflage, Sad Lovers And Giants, A-ha, Ultravox, Gary Numan and other synth pop 80s artists.
