Bad Luck Charms
Bad Luck Charms
Bad Luck Charms were a three-piece band from Hobart, Tasmania who existed from August 2005 until late 2007, comprising ex-members of The Frustrations (Julian Teakle - guitar/vocals), The Stinky Bitches (Lisa Rime - bass/vocals) and The Reactions (Matthew Moller - drums). Taking influences from the early new-wave DIY aesthetic of Television Personalities, Felt and The Desperate Bicycles, Bad Luck Charms created their own music for their own time and maintained an integrity that was the hallmark of chief songwriter Julian Teakle's previous band.
