Back to Reality

Back to Reality arose in 2005 from the ashes of Szrod, whose existence dates back to 2000. Szrod engaged in rap-core and crossover and published a demo cd entitled "Bezsens" in 2004. The following year brings an unexpected change as the drummer, Choruss, leaves the band and is replaced by Kwacho. The crew, motivated by old ideals, creates new music which differs significantly from the previous stuff - the difference pushes the band to change its name.

2006 is the year of the first shows as Back to Reality but also of more changes behind the drumkit and after a few months' break the crew welcomes their new drummer, Anzelm. New rehearsals produce more coherent music rooted in the NY school of hardcore represented by Madball, Biohazard, Sick of it All or Merauder.
