-Current Lineup - Connor Sanders - Vocals David Benbow - Lead Guitar Joe Spencer - Rythmn Guitar Rory Orrell - Drums Azmortar is a metal band from Tamworth, founded by vocalist Connor in the winter of 2009 from the ashes of his previous band, Deathstormm. At Azmortar's beginning there were three original members, Connor and Joe being the founding members, then joined by Tom. This lineup produced three songs of the Zamorak album, Ahrim, Dharok & Karil before the fourth member, David joined on bass guitar.

At Azmortar's beginning there were three original members, Connor and Joe being the founding members, then joined by Tom. This lineup produced three songs of the Zamorak album, Ahrim, Dharok & Karil before the fourth member, David joined on bass guitar. With this new lineup the band proceeded to finish recording the badly distorted and terrible quality album Zamorak, after the recording of WTF!? was complete the band halted its progress for a few months, with the exception of Connor, who continued to develop the album art for Zamorak. In May 2010, Azmortar decided to recruit old Deathstormm drummer Rory into Azmortar, initiating a role change, in which Joe took over rythmn guitar. Unfortunatly, guitarist Tom left Azmortar in Feburary due to a inter-band conflicts; this rendered the band unable to record for a few months whilst they sorted themselves out - eventually David was moved from bass onto lead guitars.
