Ashes of Karma

Ashes of Karma is a Melodic Death Metal band from a little town called Kramfors in Sweden. They formed the band in 2007 and contains of Kent Bollström - guitar and vocals, Stefan Krauklis - guitar, Erik Grundström - guitar (and bass guitar on demo) Christian Stiernman - drums and Björn Forslund on bass guitar who will soon be joining the band after his service in the military. They recorded their first demo early in January 2008 in their own rehearsal room. It contains of 5 tracks which one of them - "Suomi Sauna Polka" - is a short funny bonus song in Finnish.

The demo has a Melodic Death Metal base with many of the melodies inspired from Power Metal and you can also hear touches of Black Metal in some parts.

Since the whole band provide to the songs, they will have different and varying sound, which they think makes the music more interesting to listen to. Now they hope to get a good record deal so they can spread their music to the world!
