There are two artists with this name: 1) Electro industrial synth pop new wave band / project from Detroit, USA currently operating in Minneapolis - www.apraxia.net. This artist established the use of the name "Apraxia" in 1993/94, having been featured in print publications in the US, Canada, Belgium, UK & Italy. 2) NS pagan/black metal band from Vitebsk, Belarus dealing with concepts of Aryanism, formed in 1995. The band has split up in 2004 & members have gone on to form a new National Socialist band called Molot.
