Annie Philippe is a French singer born December 17, 1946 in Paris. She sang hit songs such as "Ticket de quai" by songwriter André Pascal, "J'ai tant de peine", "Pour qui pour quoi", or "Baby love". She began as a disc jockey at “Club Twenty One” near the Champs-Elysees, was noticed by the conductor and arranger Paul Mauriat and recorded her first record on Riviera, a sub-brand of Barclay, an EP with, amongst others, an adaptation of The Supremes "Baby Love".
