Amsterdam Loeki Stardust Quartet
Amsterdam Loeki Stardust Quartet
The Amsterdam Loeki Stardust Quartet(ALSQ) is a dutch recorder-quartet. With the unconventional repertoire the unique use of the recorder ASLQ changed the traditional concept of recorder music. They started in 1978, and became famous in 1981, when they played a Stevie Wonder song at a Musica Antiqua Concours Contest. They won the contast although playing a modern song was against the rules. Since then, ALSQ toured through Europe, the USA and Japan.
