It began in 1999 when he moved to Australia, started with collecting records from the second hand record shop. In 2000, he competed himself in Queensland DJ competition, where he gets the attention from local promoters, and been asked to join Jencorp Agency – one of the finest DJ agencies in Brisbane - Australia. Alvin' s signing and heavy involvement with Jencorp has earn him a number of solid residencies in the past and present events, including Exposed, J-Flight, and Dark & Dirty - where he is also involved in the running of the event. Alvin has also played at a number of large and underground events while in Australia including Adventjah Festival, Reanimator, Time Tunnel, System 6 and DROP, and supported a number of world class acts like Deetron, John 00 Fleming, Desyn Masiello, Chris Fortier, Matthew Dekay, DJ Misjah, The Prophet, and Jono Fernandez.

Alvin’s arrival in Indonesia in mid 2005 truly gives an impact for electronic music movement in the country. With record bag & CD case loaded with stripped back melody, in only a year he has nominated in Ravelex Electronic Dance Music Award 2006, in Alternative Genre DJ category. He also had been asked to play in favourite Events In Indonesia, like Sound Theraphy Indoor and Outdoor Session, Double ID Manna House, Turn On Plastic, Digital Tunes, Soundbyte, and Ravelex Minimalica. Alvin will continues to expand his insight into music by means of production, setting himself for regular spot in Jakarta’s major events / festivals, and getting international promotion. He is also keep running his serial event - GLIMPSE (together with Indra 7); and Dark & Dirty - in Indonesia, and looking forward to throwing it throughout Asia.
