Alphataurus
An Italian progressive rock band, with similarities to other Italian progressive bands, such as Museo Rosenbach and Premiata Forneria Marconi (PFM), but with such influences as Emerson, Lake and Palmer (ELP) from the British progressive scene, this band were unique and at the top of their game when they released their self-titled album in 1973 (on the Magma label). Incorporating such instruments as piano, organ, moog, as well as guitar, drums, bass guitar and vocals. The members were:
