Line-up of the project changed many times and became stable only in winter 2009. Alien Autopsy developed in death metal style influenced by many other genres. Band's first performance took place at a local metal festival "Alien Invasion" in 2009.

In summer 2009 band released demo CD "Hangar 18". Later in 2010 Alien Autopsy went through a great line-up change and completely turned into unique, heavy-duty industrial death metal/deathcore band with paranormal contents. In december 2010 Alien Autopsy released their first single "Abduction". In 2011 band has changed drummer and released EP called “Paranormal” containing eight tracks.
