Alice Donadel, commonly known as Alice Dona, was born on 17 February, 1946, in Maisons-Alfort, Paris, France, to a French mother and an Italian father. She released her first EP in 1963, and her first single was "Mon train de banlieue - Demain,j’ai dix sept ans." Her career as a singer during the French ye-ye scene is notable for six singles, and she married Bernard Ricci in 1965. Dona was also a songwriter for other artists which include Sylvie Vartan, Joe Dassin and Claude Francois. She's listed as "composer" for the 1977 French film, Le Dernier baiser or The Last Kiss.
