Aksinia Chenkova is a very famous Bulgarian singer. Originally she is from Svishtov - a really nice town placing in the north part of Bulgaria, but now Aksinia lives in Sofia - the capital of Bulgaria. Akisnia has shown a singing talant for a very little girl but her fans knew about her from the "Хит-1" (Hit-1) tv show which she won the annual award in. Then she participated in Star Academy show in its first season.

Then she participated in Star Academy show in its first season. Although she was the first person who was forced to leave the show, she was the most successful than everyone else! Her first single "Да те обича като мен" (to love you like i do) was one of the top ten songs in Bulgaria for almost a year! This huge success helped her for her second single which is "Аз знам" (I know).

"Аз знам" is actually one of the songs participating for the Bulgarian song for Eurovision 2007 in Finland. Aksinia is not only a singer, but she is a tv host in one of the televisions in Bulgaria and she used to be a model.
