Acts 29 was a hip-hop group from Portland, Oregon comprising of Soul Plasma, Braille and Ohmega Watts. They released an album on Syntax Records entitled 'Under Exposed' in 2002. Ohmega Watts and Braille are now in the Lightheaded crew with Othello, each also having success as solo acts. Braille also set up record label Hip Hip Is Music. Soul Plasma now goes by the name of Soul P.
