Absolut A Cappella

Absolut A Cappella is the premiere co-ed a cappella group at SUNY New Paltz. Their first (ever) album "Sing Responsibly" was released in March 2009 which was recorded half in Oyster Bay Long Island and half at SUNY Paltz. They (usually) perform at least bi-weekly in various forms, be it in the college's Residence Halls, other events on campus, as well as going to and hosting a cappella invitationals.

In 2008 they won a competition at Oyster Bay High School, beating out other a cappella groups from Yale, Harvard, BU, UMASS, and Columbia, which was judged using ICCA rules.
