Musical Directors: Irian Lopez & Dagoberto Gonzalez Jr. This group has released a series of cassette tapes in Cuba that are considered an authority and primary resource for any student of the percussive and choral music performed during the Santeria rituals of Cuba (particularly for students unable to learn directly by rote from a teacher in Cuba) drawing most of its influence from Yoruba/Lukumi cultural influence though reformed and restructured on the island of Cuba with influences from other African/Caribbean/Colonial influences during and after the African diaspora.
