There are three bands called AVOiD:
1. Russian experimental death metal band from Moscow. Started with nu-metal sound in 2004 now they become serious experimental/melodicdeath metal band.
They're currently recording promo album "Faces of Dead Winter".

2. A Belgian death/thrash metal band. In 2006 there was the first album, Into Languish And Decay. In august '08 they start recording there second album
