AFinalDate consists of Joey Burrous. Most of AFinalDate's music consists of digital instruments. Although, sometimes there is actual instrumentation used. Beginning in early 2006, AFinalDate was a blog based on Joey's personal life and musings. It soon became a music project and has remained since to this day. There isn't much to be said about this since it's nothing fancy and pretty simple. Joey's music has been featured in two podcasts in the past.

Joey's music has been featured in two podcasts in the past. One by Hamster Alliance and another by Audible India. Joey has also written, composed, mixed and produced music for several games on both the PC and Xbox 360.

Joey believes in a simple motto to keep music free. Music is divine in so many ways and it has the power to heal. It's a connection of ones soul. Music brings together more people then anything ever has in the history of human kind.
