Their first ep, "Acts Up" was released in the Spring of 2004. The follow-up self-titled release found regular radio airplay and earned the band a spot in the top 5 of mtvU's "Best Music on Campus" in 2005. AdHd is a Jazz band from Iceland. AdHd (formerly known as AdHd800...) was originally put together to perform at a blues festival in the beautiful town of Hofn in Iceland.

The goal was to play a few standards and some newly written material, written by the bands members. Their collaboration was a huge success and for the past year they have been working on new material that ended up on their debut album, adhd. The album contains 7 new songs, that are melodic and melancholic at times. The album was recorded in Oskars living room in August 2009 and released in december same year. The record got good reviews, 4 1/2 out of 5 in Morgunbladid.
