A Night On Mars is an experimental rock band that works with ambient soundscapes. Brian Grainger, also known as Milieu and Parralax, plays guitar, sings and writes songs. Ben plays organ/keyboard and guitar, sings and writes songs. Alex plays bass and guitar, sings and writes songs. Drew plays bass. Mills plays drums and guitar, and writes songs. Their live shows consist of mostly improvised extended pieces that ebb and flow with a constant psychedelic dynamic.
