A Banda de Joseph Tourton (aka Joseph Tourton) consists in a four-piece band from Recife/Brazil, that mixes delayed instruments (without leaving swing and rhythm behind) to electronic elements, such as synths, drum 'n bass beats and sampled voices (as in '#2' and '#3') and to sweet, mild, almost dreamy instruments like flute, harmonica and some exotic percussion.
They started up as a jam band, but were encouraged to be an actual one and released their first album (self-titled) in September 2010.
